Mt Hutt opens this weekend (12 June). It is snowing as I write this and and more snow is expected. Snow conditions should be perfect for the opening. As usual we offer day trips and overnight trips with our activity partner Smylies Accommodation and Tours. Let Colin and Keiko provide you with an unforgetable winter experience!

Our Christchurch School is Moving!

We are very excited to announce that our Christchurch school is moving to maybe the BEST location in the central city. We will be in the NEWLY developed Cashel Mall and Shades Arcade. Everything is NEW and bigger and better. We will be starting classes there 5 January 2010. The address is, Shades Arcade, 99 - 105 Cashel Mall, Central Christchurch. We look forward to seeing you there!

We are very excited to announce that we have appointed Richard Ashmore as Director of Studies to our Christchurch school. Richard is well known locally and is very experienced in exam preparation programmes i.e. Cambridge and IELTS. Richard will be starting Monday September 28.

Yes, winter has been with us a while now and a number of students have already enjoyed riding the slopes at Mt Hutt. This weekend (27 June 09) Porters will be opening and we'll be offering our famous Smylies weekend ski / board trips. Come and join the fun!

Yes, it has arrived. Coronet Peak in Queenstown opened over the weekend and Mt Hutt is due to open on June 14. New snow over the weekend has set everything up for a great start to what promises to be one of the best seasons for a while. Why don't you book a course and come and join us in the fun?

World Buskers Festival

Christchurch hosts the 15th World Buskers Festival from 17 to 27 January. This is a fantastic event that has 35 international and national acts happening around the central city. There will be performers form 11 countries taking part.
